The process

We guide you through a structured yet flexible process that builds your confidence, clarity, and capability. Our program is designed to be practical, interactive, and deeply supportive, ensuring you can immediately apply what they learn.

Through self-paced modules and 3 virtual gatherings, you will be to supported to implement what you learn into your everyday practice. This step-by-step journey ensures you feel empowered to lead with confidence, cultivate a connected and cohesive team, and make a lasting impact in the early years.

Through this sequential program, you will be guided to:

• Explore a research-informed leadership framework to clarify your role and identity as a leader in your service.

• Engage in interactive workshops and collegial discussions to deepen your understanding and approach to leadership.

• Apply actionable strategies through real-world practice, with ongoing support and feedback.

• Grow within a community of like-minded leaders,

A cohort based program so you learn and grow alongside others, featuring:

• 8 Online modules - self paced 

• 4 x 1 hour virtual sessions 

• An online community

• Resource library

• A copy of Lead with Intention

Cost

Cohort based program, direct partipation and minimum number requirements:

• $800 

• $1000 for program + 1 hour coaching session

• $1200 program + 3 x 1 hr coaching sessions
