The Problem
We need a strategic plan that will take us into an unknown future. Strategic planning can often be linear and formulaic with a long list of tasks where there’s too much to do, too little time.
Our Solution
We offer a fresh approach to strategic planning that is future-oriented and engages a broad spectrum of your school community in their future. A strategic plan that is action-oriented, with a big dream for your school or organisation, but also one that is achievable within the strategic cycle. Applying a 3D+E approach
Discover: Emerging trends, analyse current positioning and establish foundational priorities
Design: Clarify your school’s unique identity and strengths, envision future opportunities, identify goals and key projects to bring your vision to life
Deliver: Align actions with goals and strategic initiatives. Clarify responsibilities, timelines and set benchmarks
Evolve: Ongoing partnership for sustained progress and responsiveness to future challenges
Our Process
Minimum of four engagements:
1. Board and Executive: sentiment analysis, clarity on identity and key supporting statements
2. Community workshop day: What is made possible?
3. Board and Executive: Identifying strategic pillars and projects
4. Executive: Refinement of strategic pillars and projects into actionable steps
Additional options:
Focus groups - e.g. parents, students, staff
Workshops for middle leaders: e.g. enacting strategy, spatial literacy; agentic learning design
Ongoing support for tracking accountability and responsibility
Coaching for leaders in managing their responsibilities and delivering outcomes
