Collaboratively we determine your core values for the early years, and use these to develop a vision and plan for educator and student flourishing, through the following steps:

• Realise: What do we value? What is our vision for the early years?

• Visualise: What might our values look like in practice?

• Contextualise: Where are we now? What are our strengths and where can we grow?

• Strategise: What are our goals?

• Actualise: What steps will we take to reach our goals?
