Over multiple sessions, our coaches offer more than just guidance—

Acting as a critical friend, they challenge your thinking and support you in taking informed, purposeful action.
With a balance of motivation and encouragement, they help you stay focused, inspired, and committed to growth.
Most importantly, they consistently reflect back your strengths, remind you of your progress, and celebrate your achievements—big and small—so you can lead with clarity, confidence, and renewed energy.
Delivery
Virtual, 1 hour sessions, select your coach depending on your role and context.
You choose 1:1 or small group (3 per group) coaching format.
You choose the frequency.
Investment
1-on-1: From $950
Small group coaching (3 – 4): From $400 per participant
Cohorts greater than 8: $125 each.
Additional ongoing sessions available.
