In today's episode, we speak with Manjula Dissanayake about how we can reshape education that allows people to discover themselves, about learning for life. That through a holistic education we can discover what we value and how we articulate and enact our purpose.

Manjula is the founder of Educate Lanka Foundation, a globally recognized social entrepreneur, and an international development professional with a background in banking and finance. Prior to founding Educate Lanka, he worked in investment banking and consulted the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank. Manjula speaks and advises globally on inclusive and equitable education and workforce solutions for youth and was named an under-33 global leader and a top 10 social innovator in the U.S. He holds a bachelor's in finance and a master's in international development and social innovation. He completed his executive education in social entrepreneurship at Stanford University. Manjula is based in Washington DC and splits his time between the U.S. and Sri Lanka.
